Directions:
- Take 2 capsules twice daily with water for first 4 weeks
- After 4 weeks reduce dosage to 1 capsule twice daily for general magnesium & vitamin B6 supplementation
- Take in the morning and 30 minutes before retiring at night
- Store below 30°C in a cool dry place
