The DR900S Series redefines expectations for dash cam video fidelity and storage efficiency. With its 8-megapixel CMOS sensor in the main camera, the DR900S-1CH captures 4K Ultra High Definition video-four times as many pixels as Full HD. The DR900S Series 1-Channel 4K UHD Dash Camera from BlackVue has an 8MP CMOS sensor to capture up to 3840 x 2160 resolution video at 30 fps. This dash cam features a wide 136o horizontal field of view, enabling you to see the road ahead. Dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to connect the dash cam to an iOS or Android mobile device via the free BlackVue app, enabling you to transfer video footage to your smartphone or tablet without removing the included microSD card. Additionally, the free BlackVue Over the Cloud service enables you to remotely play back videos, see where your vehicle is, and see what's happening around the vehicle in real time over the cloud via your iOS or Android device. You'll also be able to move files from your dash cam to the cloud for storage. A built-in GPS logger provides tracking features, which show your vehicle's location and speed on a connected mobile device. The viewer application also offers mapping visualization for a convenient trip overview. Two-way audio communication is possible thanks to a built-in microphone and speaker. An onboard supercapacitor offers backup battery power. It comes in 32Gb, 64Gb, 128Gb and 256Gb variants.

4K Ultra High Definition

4K UHD is four times as many pixels as Full HD. This is a huge difference, and it shows. License plates can be made out more clearly and from further away. Besides, you don't need a 4K monitor to appreciate 4K videos.

BUILT-IN IMPACT & MOTION DETECTION

While driving, your BlackVue detects impacts and sudden changes in speed. While parked, it also detects movements. Videos files are marked accordingly so that you can easily find the relevant ones in the BlackVue Viewer for Windows and Mac OS or the BlackVue App for Android and iOS.

Both the BlackVue App and Viewer are free to download and use. They let you easily change your BlackVue configuration settings and browse through your videos in an intuitive way.
